About Me
I’m a registered psychologist based in Edmonton, and I work with adults and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people who matter most.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move through the hard stuff, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change.
I support clients with a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss, and neonatal loss.
My work in this area is informed not only by advanced clinical training, but also by a deep understanding of how complex, emotional, and isolating this time can feel.
Many of the couples I work with are looking to rebuild friendship, strengthen communication, or repair trust. I’m trained in both the Gottman Method (Levels I & II) and Emotionally Focused Therapy, which help couples deepen connection and work through difficult patterns together.
As a South Asian woman, I bring a cultural lens to my work. I understand how family, culture, and identity shape how we see ourselves and our relationships. My goal is to hold space for your story with care, nuance, and respect.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions at both my West Edmonton office and Willow Integrated Health, so you can choose the location that fits your life best.
My standard fee is $235 for a 50-minute individual or couples session. I reserve a portion of my caseload for sliding-scale clients, and I offer direct billing through Telus eClaims when available. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for your needs, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
