Grief & Loss
I have a special interest in supporting clients who are grieving a loved one. Grief can take many forms: the loss of someone you loved deeply, a pregnancy you never got to experience in the way you hoped, or a complicated relationship that leaves you sorting through mixed emotions. However your loss appears, I am here to help you navigate its complexities and the raw feelings that come with it.
I often work with clients experiencing disenfranchised grief, a term coined by Kenneth Doka to describe grief that is not openly acknowledged, socially validated, or publicly mourned. Sometimes the losses we carry are not visible to others, yet they shape our lives in profound ways.
