I work with couples at every stage of their relationship. Whether you are preparing for marriage, moving in together, or simply want to strengthen your foundation, we can build practical skills to support communication and connection. Together, we can work on strategies to de-escalate conflict so that disagreements become healthy, productive conversations.
Some couples come to therapy for a tune-up or to work through specific issues or stressors. With the demands of careers, parenting, and everyday life, it is easy to drift apart. Therapy can help you feel heard, seen, and cared for again in your relationship.
Other couples come in after a betrayal or while considering separation or divorce. This can be an incredibly intense and emotional time. I can help you clarify what you need, understand what is best for the relationship, and make decisions about how to move forward.
I also have a special interest in supporting cross-cultural relationships, where different backgrounds and family systems may shape how partners communicate, connect, and resolve conflict.
