I work with adults on a wide range of concerns, from day-to-day stress and anxiety to deeper, long-term challenges. Some clients come wanting to explore their history and patterns over time, while others are focused on specific issues or goals. However you arrive, our work will be tailored to you.
You set the direction, and I’ll create a plan that fits your goals and give you the tools to help you get there. If you like having resources to support your growth, I’m always happy to recommend books, audiobooks, or podcasts between sessions.
