Consulting & Teaching
I’m passionate about perinatal mental health and the ways we can strengthen care for families through informed practice. I’ve developed and delivered courses and presentations for healthcare and allied health professionals across Canada, covering a range of perinatal mental health topics.

If you’re a mental health professional, I also offer consultation for perinatal and couples work. Consultations can be arranged as a one-time meeting or on a recurring basis.
Together we can:
Discuss anonymized case consultations
Collaborate on session planning or interventions
Explore how to adapt tools for perinatal clients and couples
I bring extensive training and experience in perinatal mental health, with a focus on pregnancy loss, grief, and infertility. I also enjoy consulting on couples work, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.
Consultation rates
$110 per 50 minutes for CPMHT students or alumni
$150 per 50 minutes for all other consultations
Please note that consultation is not a supervisory relationship. If your professional college or association requires supervision, you will need to arrange that separately.
Parent Groups
Not everyone has the means or time to access individual therapy. For many postpartum parents, it can be hard to find childcare, make time for appointments, or know where to start. To help bridge that gap, I offer free talks to parenting and community groups as a way to give back.
These sessions are not therapy, but they provide practical tools and insights to support parents through the early stages of family life.

Please reach out well in advance of your preferred date, as I have limited availability for community presentations.

Popular topics include:
Managing the holidays
Setting boundaries with extended family
Adjusting to new parenthood
Communication and conflict resolution for couples
