Pregnancy & Postpartum
I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and families through every stage of the journey. From pre-conception and infertility to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and experiences of loss, I’m here to help you navigate the emotional and relational challenges that can come with building a family.
My academic research focused on pregnancy loss, and I am proud to be on faculty with the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings. I co-developed and co-teach their Perinatal Grief and Loss course, and helped create and teach their Fertility and Reproductive Decision-Making course. Through this work, I train mental health and healthcare professionals across Canada to better support families facing loss, infertility, and related concerns.
Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, navigating fertility challenges, or grieving the family you hoped for, therapy can offer space to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
