About Me

I’m a registered psychologist based in Edmonton. I support adults and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people who matter most.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trust. I work with a range of experiences, with a special focus on perinatal mental health, relationships, grief, and life transitions.

I love learning what helps people thrive and supporting them as they bring those parts of themselves to life.

When people hear I’m a therapist, they often say, “That must be hard or sad.” At times, my work can be challenging, but it’s also an incredible privilege to sit with people, hear their stories, and witness their growth. Yes, there are moments of pain and grief, but there’s also beauty in joy, connection, and transformation.

I work with couples and individual adults, creating a space where we can be open and honest and work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
